About ArchitectByAI and these terms

ArchitectByAI is an individually operated business / sole proprietorship based in Illinois, United States. “We” and “us” refer to that business. These terms describe permitted website use. Separate written agreements govern any commissioned services. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law gives you.

Services and inquiries

The website presents website development, AI assistance, automation, data intelligence and related capabilities. Sending an inquiry, selecting a design or using chat does not create a service contract, confirm availability or authorize work. Except for the Website Audit package described below, project scope, price, responsibilities, delivery and any cancellation terms must be agreed separately in writing before work begins. Descriptions and examples are not guarantees of a particular business result.

Digital product purchases

The catalog identifies which digital products are offered for purchase and displays their prices in USD. PayPal processes the one-time payment. Review the total before authorizing it.

After verified payment, you can download the ZIP from the confirmation screen. The receipt goes to the email address returned by PayPal and includes a private recovery link and its expiration. Contact support@architectbyai.com with the transaction ID for a missing or incorrect file, receipt, or access problem. Do not send passwords or card information.

You may use the downloaded materials for your own work, subject to the included license terms and applicable law. Purchase does not transfer intellectual property or grant the right to redistribute or resell the files. Contact support to cancel an incomplete order or request a refund after payment. We review requests individually, including duplicate charges and files that cannot be delivered or used as described. This process does not limit applicable consumer rights. Approved refunds are handled through PayPal; download access can be revoked after refund.

Magical Friends Coloring Toolkit license

For the Magical Friends Coloring Toolkit, you may use the included materials for personal and educational purposes. You may use the guides and templates to learn and plan your own original projects. Your purchase grants no right to resell, redistribute, publicly share, or republish the included files, artwork, covers, or sample book, in whole or in part. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.

Professional Website Audit - $49 USD

When enabled, Website Audit checkout offers a one-time $49 USD manual review of up to five publicly accessible pages. The PDF report covers website structure and navigation, mobile usability, basic SEO foundations, user experience and conversion opportunities, and prioritized recommendations. The limited-time launch offer includes four complimentary bonuses: Homepage First-Impression Review, Top 5 Priority Fixes, AI Readiness Snapshot, and 7-Day Improvement Checklist. The amount shown for this package is $49 USD, with no recurring subscription.

No login access, intrusive security testing, private-page assessment, implementation work, accessibility certification or guaranteed SEO, revenue or conversion outcome is included. Additional scope or implementation requires a separate agreement. The report is advisory and reflects the pages and conditions reviewed.

Payment and required information

Submitting intake does not confirm payment or begin assessment. Payment is confirmed only after server-side PayPal verification. We use the contact email, public website URL and assessment permission supplied in your request. PayPal handles payment credentials; do not send account passwords or card details to ArchitectByAI. If a payment result is uncertain, use Check payment or contact hello@architectbyai.com with your Audit reference before attempting another payment.

Delivery commitment

We will deliver the PDF report and all four bonuses by email within five business days after confirmed payment and receipt of the information required to assess your website. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Required information includes an accurate email address, an accessible public website URL and permission to review those pages. If essential information is missing or the public pages cannot be accessed, we will contact you; the delivery period starts when those requirements are met. We will notify you promptly if we cannot meet the commitment and discuss the available resolution, including an appropriate refund under this policy. Implementation work is not part of this delivery commitment.

Cancellation and refunds

Contact hello@architectbyai.com with your Audit reference to request cancellation. A full refund is available before assessment begins. Assessment begins when we start substantive analysis of your website, not merely when we receive intake or verify payment; we record the start internally. After assessment begins, cancellation and refund requests are reviewed individually, considering the work completed, any service problem and applicable law. This is not a blanket no-refund policy and does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Approved refunds are processed manually through PayPal to the original payment method where supported. We will confirm the action taken; the time for funds to appear depends on PayPal and the payment provider. This website does not automatically issue refunds. No report or customer email is sent merely because a browser reports success. Contact us if a report or confirmation has not arrived, and check your spam folder.

Support and referral note

Send report questions, delivery concerns and payment-reference queries to hello@architectbyai.com. Do not send passwords. Any planned $10 referral credit toward a future eligible service is subject to owner confirmation of eligibility; it is not an automatic entitlement, cash payment or discount on this Audit order.

Portfolio demonstrations

Layout Studio and other demonstrations contain fictional appointments, shopping bags, orders, customer records, approvals, invoices, learning progress and workflow events. They do not create real bookings, payments, communications or client results. Demo forms are identified as demonstrations; use the ArchitectByAI Contact page for a real inquiry. Some demonstrations save sample state in your browser and offer reset controls.

Intelligence Lab describes its datasets, assumptions and calculations in the relevant experience. Model outputs and forecasts illustrate methods and do not guarantee outcomes. Independent interior design concepts are not actual walkthrough views of the original ELEVATE villa.

AI Concierge

The optional AI Concierge provides general guidance about our services. It can make mistakes and cannot bind ArchitectByAI to a price, deadline or contract. It does not perform actions or access your accounts. Do not rely on it for legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information. Contact us to confirm important details. Chat is intended for adults seeking professional or business information.

Responsible use and materials

Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, bypass security, submit malicious content or misuse another person’s information. You must have permission to provide information you submit.

Website text, designs, software, images and product materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may view and use the website for its intended informational and demonstration purposes. That access does not transfer ownership or authorize copying, commercial redistribution or resale beyond permissions granted by the relevant rights holder or applicable law. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their own licenses.

Third-party services and availability

Hosting, inquiry processing, anti-spam services, AI responses and external links involve independent providers. Their applicable terms and privacy practices also apply. We do not control the availability or content of every external service. Website features can be unavailable or interrupted; no continuous-availability or business-performance guarantee is made. This does not exclude any responsibility or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy, changes and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains the information flows associated with the website. We will post revised terms with an updated version date. A later change does not automatically rewrite an existing signed service agreement.
